I am working on a flyer that includes an EPS file, which is a logo with the background removed in Photoshop. It looks great in Indesign CS3, but when I export to PDF, the logo has a white box around it, as though the background had not been removed. Any ideas as to what might be wrong? Please let me know. Thank you in advance.

When placing your EPS, try choosing the setting of rasterize to postscript.

If taht does notwork then try to save you photoshpp EPS as either a .psd or .pdf and place this in InDesign. The PDF will hold vector quality if you need that. PSD is a nice format also as it has transparency and has nonlossy compression.
