    Hi All

Just got V12 up and running on a new MacPro 8 core and the first issue I’ve come across is that black clips don’t seem to be recognized by Episode.

So if you have say a 2 sec black clip at the start of a programe Episode screws up the encode and you get some noise instead of picture. This happens if I export as by-ref or self-contained.

The export plays fine in QuickTime though.

If I use a bit of AFX rendered black the clip encodes normally.

Anyone have any ideas about this before I go to the Telestream forum?

    Thanks

I have been working on this problem for 2 months on the Telestream side. They couldn’t come up with a solution. After I got rid of the Media100 black, the encodes all work! Thanks for the workaround!!
