Enter Your Serial Number not greyed-out
Hi. I just upgraded from Vegas 6 to Vegas 7+DVD. I downloaded all the software, installed it, and registered it successfuly. However, I noticed a peculiar thing: If I access the Help menu in Vegas 7, the option “Enter Your Serial Number” is still active (i.e. it has not been greyed-out). In DVDA, this option is greyed-out.I am wondering why this option is still active in Vegas, even after I registered and activated it. I was wondering if anyone running Vegas 7.0a build 115 could let me know if the option “Enter Your Serial Number” under the “Help” menu is greyed-out or not? I would really appreciate some assistance.

Not greyed out in Vegas here either.

Thanks guys…I thought that there was something weird with my system, but it appears that it’s a widespread occurence. I just found it strange since “Enter your serial number” field is supposed to be active only if you are running the program in Demo mode or if there is an upgrade available. Oh, well. Back to editing.
