  Enough already!

  Several times each day I receive a popup demanding me to update my adobe flash player. This has been going on for months! Someone on the Apple forum suggested Malwearbytes would do the trick. Unfortunately I’m using Yosemite and their download only goes back to El Capitan

  I tried searching for anything with the handle, adobe flash player and deleted them but without results.

  Unless someone out there has a thought on its removal I’m doomed to keep hitting command Q. :{
