    Hi

    does anybody know if i can enlarge the frame of a video over the hole workarea (the black in the picture) like i can enlarge a frame in indesign, also if the picture is smaller than the frame. Alternativle in my case the video.
    because if use the shatter effect on it, it shatters only in the frame, and that doesnt look good. i want it to shatter over the whole black area (in the picture)

    Hi Franzi,

    Pre-compose the layer you want to shatter…. then turn on Collapse Transformations for the pre-composed layer in your original composition.

    Collapse Transformations is the little sun icon that appears to the right of your layer name in the timeline.
