    If you do a Google search for “engrave text photoshop”, you’ll get a ton of useful tips. Those can be applied directly in After Effects or you could build it in Photoshop and use AE to place it correctly in the shot.

    You can use Free Form or FreeForm Pro to create a true 3d displaced text into the surface of the stone. This will enable you to play with lights to match the footage lighting.
