Encore won’t open (shuts down or doesn’t respond)
I’m trying to make a DVD (has to be made by tomorrow morning), but every time I open up Encore and select “new project” then press “OK”, a few seconds after it starts to load the entire program simply closes. I tried to open a project instead, but it stops responding.
ADD:
I just tried to open the program again, in order to try and set the path for the new project to my documents rather than an external harddrive, and now I can’t even open up the program! (as it loads it closes). -

I opened up the setup file with the intentions of reinstalling, when there was an option (on the installation menu) to install codecs, which I was missing, apparently (even though it worked before).
So DON’T FORGET YOUR CODECS PEOPLES!
