  Encore Not Load Library Items ? ?

  I’m using Win 7, CS5.1 Production Premium. The problem is, Encore is not loading the menus and assets from the library. The 1% that do show up will not load into the project . . double clicking or drage and drop do not work.Encore will not display none of the button and other assets. When I go to Programs-Adobe-Encore-Library Folder . . . the Library folder is full with NTSC and PAL items . . . none will load in the open Encore program. I can open a menu from a previou project but not load a new one from the library.
