    Encore not installing on a Win 2000 sp 4computer

    Hi guys,
    I was aware that Encore was compatible with Win XP, but the shop I purchased my copy from assured me it was compatible with win 2000. I have tried to install encore 1.5 on my computer, but it stops installation and says that my operating system is not supported. I have a3.2 G Aus pc800 MB with 1.5 Gig of Ram running Win 200 sp4 . The place I bought my software from said they would refund me the price, but I would really like to use this software. Is it really not compatible with 2000? or is there a tweak I can apply somewhere.

    The shop was wrong.
