    Encore error: Sense Code 37202

    When I burn a normal project with a normal DVD-menu (made in Photoshop)and 2-3 movieclips,why do I sometime get this error:

    “Encore was unable to complete the operation because of a hardware error (Sense Code 37202). Please contact the hardware manufacturer for more information.”

    The project work perfectly and when I do the Check Project, everything seems to be perfect. The burning starts up normaly, but it ends up with the error-message and the DVD don’t work.

    Hope you can help me with the problem.

    Hi

    This error is hardware related error , Either your burner is not recognized by encore or you are using a bad media . Change disc , check burner connection and try again .
