encore error message -2
when i go to burn from a img file in encore version 1 it starts to burn and then amlmost straight away comes up with -2 error, error unknown
i have tried to install the ver 1 update from adbobes website but it doesnt seem to work it says cant find the driectory encore was orginally installed in even though the file path for the update is into the same folder as the orginall install, any ideas on this on?

Have you checked the build number of Encore? (Help > About Adobe Encore) Maybe it is already 1.0.1.xxxx.

no it is only ver 1.00
any ideas what error -2 is?

Sorry, but as I replied in your earlier thread, I have no idea what a “-2” error is.
If you can’t get the 1.0.1 update to work, it is possible that there is a problem with the Windows registry. For this you should contact Adobe Support who can walk you through the steps necessary to correct the problem.
