Encore DVD won’t start
Been working for days with Adobe tech trying to fix install issues with Production Studio apps. Every time one gets going, another pops. Today after a full manual uninstall and reinstall everything looked fine until I tried Encore DVD (which was working until now). Before it gets past the splash screen an error message occurs “abnormal program termination” and it go kaput.
Have double checked with tech that my system is not the issue.
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
