Using CS5, I created a 720X480 sequence in Premiere Pro with P2 footage shot at 720X480. Made a DVD through Dynamic Link in Encore. Looks wonderful on a TV from a DVD player (although one DVD player wouldn’t read it–separate issue I’ll try to work out). I have been told that this project’s DVDs will be played by some end-users on their computer. And the client is none too happy that when he plays the DVD full screen through Windows Media Player it looks grainy. My question: isn’t playing it full screen through WMP actually up-rezzing it? When played through WMP at 100% with “fit player to video” checked, it looks fine. But the client wants it to look fine full screen. Is this possible? Or am I right about the up-rezzing?
