Hiya, not your run of the mill file size issue, more of a lack of space to put file sizes!

I have a personal copy of Adobe Encore DVD 2.0 and have recently finished a 4 gig DVD project.

Getting to the Build panel and pressing Build begins the process, but Encore has other ideas. Encore believes that it needs to use drive D:\ which at the moment only has 1.1gb space left, but fails to see that drive F:\ has 13gbs.

How do I tell Encore to use drive F:\ instead of drive D:\?

General preferences fail to show any field to change the temp folder location. Is there something I’m missing?

    Thanks,
    davidnagel

    False alarm.

It seems Encore transcodes the files on the drive the project is saved.

    Seems odd to me.

Anyways, please would an admin/mod remove these postings?

    Thanks,

David, this posting is useful. I ran into the same problem and actually copied my entire folder onto my video drive instead of where I mistakenly set it by default, my system drive. I did not see a default path either, which would allow me to always select a given drive for rendering projects. Encore on the surface resembles the other Adobe products, but things seem a little off Adobe standard when you use it. Not a bad thing, but harder to figure out in some matters.
