Encore CS6 is asking for a serial number

I’ve had the Creative Cloud for a couple of years now. For the most part I’m pretty happy with it. Today I attempted to launch Encore CS6 and it asked me for a Serial Number. Not really sure what to enter as you don’t get a serial number with Creative Cloud. Anyone else experience this? Solutions?

Hi Greg,
Uninstall Premiere Pro CS6 and then download it once more from the Creative Cloud application. That should solve the issue.
