    Encore CS6 Hangs when opening. Cannot open program

    I cannot open encore. It gets to the encore load screen and then becomes un-responsive. The only solution is to re-start the computer but that is no guarantee that it will work either.

    Any advice is much appreciated

    Erol,
    we all could not have a look into the cristal ball, so it would be good to get more details on your system-configuartion – mac, pc, whatever additional hardware and operating system.

    I would start with deleting the preferences.

    Just a shot in the dark…. IF A PC

    Disable UAC and try again…. (You can always put it back again).

    I had an issue with CS6 and Matrox MX02 that wouldn’t let me load Encore, from the program itself or Via DL from Premiere.

    Hey Danny,

    My system is a Mac Pro 12 core 2.4ghz with Quadro 4000 graphics card and 24 gigs of ram.

    temp-folder might need to be deleted!
