  Encore CS4: Shaky, Flickering, Low Quality Still Menus in some pcs

  Hi,
  I’ve almost finished a project and the DVD looks great in some PCs and on TV.
  But I tried it in other PCs and the still menus look terrible. They shake and look anti aliased and ugly.

  I tried other dvds on the PCs where I get the problem, and they look ok.

  So how can I get menus that look good in any pc or tv?
  I checked if it had something to do with transcoding settings, but still menus aren’t transcoded as far as I know, so I don’t know where else to look.

  Or maybe I could get other software suggestions to make my custom menus and produce professional DVDs?
