I, among many others, have suffer the problem where when I try to build or do a check DVD, Encore crashes on me. I’ve did all my Vista and Encore updates, but the problem would not go away.

I’m running on a Vista Home Premium SP1, AMD Phenom 9500 QuadCore 2.20Ghz computer with 4GB of RAM.

It would check and build fine IF I only have one menu. If I have multiple menus, then it will crash on me. Even if I were to have errors when building multiple menus, wouldn’t it just tell me when I do a check instead of crashing on me? This is really bizarre.

This has been driving me crazy for over a month and a half. I’ve been desperately trying to search for an answer, but couldn’t find the solution. I’ve googled, checked this forum, checked the adobe forum, and still no luck.

This is the error code if it will provide any help.
