I get a common error message ‘no decoder available for this stream type’.
It does not stop me finishing my DVD burning process, and the finished disc(s) work fine, but I do have to do a Ctrl Alt Del to exit Encore afterwards, as the error message will not go away on ‘OK’.
    Is this a codec issue?
I’ve already run a repair/reinstall from the original disc, but to no avail.
It also means my transcoded files are not automatically removed after burning, so I have to do it manually.

2nd question: How do I use an image file to burn multiple copies of a DVD. (I have compiled a small seminar DVD, but need a few copies)
I realise I must be suffering a carbon-based error, but last time I tried, all I succeeded in burning was a copy of the image file.
    Any ideas?

Hi, I have had similar problems and am currently researching in spare time to sort them out. As for the burning… after creating an ISO file to my hard drive I use IMGBURN which is free off the net and I find it very stable. I do it this way because I have had a few problems using Encore to complete the burn.
    Cheers
