    Hi Gang

Does Encore have some trouble when you replace some assets and reports job now exceeds disk size?

Reason is I had to re visit a previous job in Encore. I opened it and saved as a entire new job. Then replaced the video and audio assets with new files I had to touch up. When I used check project the error comes up job exceeds disk size.

As for my assets I created them outside of Encore as MPEG2s and Encore acknowledges correctly as do not transcode. I also used a bit budget excel sheet to calculate the sizes correctly. And they are correct. I even verified it by adding up the file size in the finder. All is in the clear.

So I wrote the job to a DVD folder. And well the size of the folder is less then what Encore is telling me in check project and will fit perfectly well to a double layer dvd. The project itself is pretty simple with a main menu and 4 sub menus. No motion menus or moving poster/chapter menus.

Anyone know what is going on?

    Thanks

    sb
