Encore 720p BD Project Settings
In Encore CS4 and CS5 I am unable to choose 1280x720p with 29.97fps. I set the BluRay project settings to 1280x720p and then go to change the frame rate, but the moment I switch it to 29.97 it changes the resolution to 720×480. Any other resolution besides 1280×720 will allow 29.97
What am I doing wrong? I shot it in 1280x720p and edited it in Premiere using the same settings, so why isn’t Encore allowing this?

You cannot select 720p @ 29.97 because that is not a format supported by the Blu-ray spec. In fact, 30p is not supported at any resolution on Blu-ray, though 1280×720 60p is.
