    Hello there,
I’m rather new to Premiere and I am trying to export a video that I created for a contest. It needs to be output at the following specifications:
    MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format
    320 x 240 resolution
    MP3 audio
    30 frames per second
I can get the MPEG4, the size, and the audio right…but when I change the fps for output to 30 (from 15, at which it is already set), it says “Invalid framesize/framerate for this level. Please lower the Frame Dimensions, Frame Rate, or increase the Profile and Level and try again”. I can’t change the dimensions or rate, since they are required for the contest…and I have no idea what it means by Profile and Level. Please help! Thanks so much,
    Maddy

    Hi Maddy,

I’m not sure what encoder you are using within Premiere, but most mp4 encoders have a level/profile drop down menu in advanced options. You just need a higher level.
