Encoding Settings MPEG2-DVD
What are the best settings to encode an m2v file from source of 1920X1080 29.97fps progressive for maximum quality to make an SD DVD. Specifically the bit rate settings. Should I use VBR or CBR. Need to have this DVD play on any DVD player
