I have a 90 minute video that I rendered into an m2v file. Encore indicates that the file is already encoded in the build list and when I build the DVD, it encoded the file again and errors out as a failed encoding. The m2v file format is an elemental stream which is rendered by TMPGEnc which I have used in the past without issues. Any ideas on what can be wrong.

    Hi Tom,

I haven’t had this specific error before, but I’ll throw some ideas out there…

You didn’t say, but are you burning straight to disc? Maybe try burning DVD Folders, perhaps the file is too big for disc? Or rebuilding the project and flushing the Media Cache are all things I try.

    Hope that helps!
