  Encoding files from the Sony FS7 and audio is missing

  We are trying to convert the new Sony F7 camera files that are 3840 x 2160, to HD 1920 x 1080p, for import into avic MC 6.5.2
  We have native MXF files that we can play through VLC with audio.

  Using Adobe encoder CS 5.5 and its giving us a good looking HD converted visual and no audio.
  Anyone know why there is no audio and we have set all the audio settings.

  We just can’t get these file to convert with the audio.
  Love to find a solution to this.
