  ENC551 freezes while opening, loading expotertAVI.prm

  I have been using Encore for years. I had used it 2 days ago and it worked perfectly. Yesterday I open it, it loads like normal until it gets to “Loading exporterAVI.prm” and the program hangs. If I click on the window, a black box appears around it and I have to force close. I uninstalled encore, reinstalled, no change. Uninstalled the entire CS5.5 Production Premium, reinstalled, no change. I haven’t added any software or hardware or made any changes to the system. I’m not sure what to do. Any ideas?
