    empty frames after Extract

    Im having an issue with Premiere Pro CC 7.2.1(4).

    When I make an In and Out and then do an Extract I’m consistantly left with a couple of blank frames inbetween. Has anyone else encountered this issue or happen to know a solution?

    It’s driving me crazy and pretty much defeating the purpose of shortcuts.

    Hi Adam,

    Do you have “Audio Time Units” turned on for the Sequence? If so, change back to video (frames).
