  Emitter to go with trapcode shine on text

  I am new to this but am animating a logo using trapcode shine in AE CS3. I am using the weld like effect as per the trapcode tutorial. They suggest adding a sparkling emitter to the effect that will follow along with the text as the source point of shine moves to highlight the text. Can any of you more experienced particle illusion users suggest a good emitter in the library to try with this? I know it should be one of the sparkles but there are so many to choose from I’m not sure where to start
