Yeah I still need it. I’d like to find a way to make the bird seed pile up too…I tried a bounce reflector but particles didn’t “pile up”.

The WibWobWeb site (which appears to no longer be) had a “sandpile” tutorial and sample project. Does anybody have that? It’s exactly what you’re looking for.

for pile-up, if you have an external compositing program, I would just fake it in After Effects – kind of like this:
