    Hi,

    I need to find a stock photo or make a emergency “flare” that’s shot from a little boat up and in the skies. Have you seen something like this and any idea how to find it or make it?

    You could use Particular (or any other particle system) to produce the the flare itself as well as some smoke. You’ll want to comp reflections on the water, too.
