Elvis Deane’s Disintergrating tutorial Help
Hi
I can’t get this effect to work properly, I do everything stated but it ends up tiny we dots which are nothing like the video Elvis supplied with the effect on it. Can somebody help me please? -

That movie at the top of the tutorial isn’t exactly the same as what’s described, but the technique in the tutorial is what I used for that smokey dissolve effect. The major differences are that I used a smoke particle shape rather than a dot, changed the direction the particles were moving in so that they went to the side rather than straight down, and faded my video clip out rather than cutting from it to the particles. Whether you’re turning someone into smoke or shattering a logo, they follow the same basic steps described in the tutorial.
