  Ellipse not snapping to a circle?

  This is a very strange issue I’m having with AE CC, holding shift doesn’t snap a new ellipse to a perfect circle (doesn’t work with rectangles and squares neither).

  

  Working around it by scaling it to fit the comp doesn’t work because I need to shrink them down anyway.
  Also holding control to center it yields the same problem, but more centered.
