I have 3d text that I created in Elements. when I import that text into after effects, I’d like to use the AE Camera to pan around that text. But when I try to make that happen, it only shows my text as 2d.

How can I use both 3d elements and the camera tool together?

    Thanks in advance!

Hi Robby, it sounds like you may have made the Element layer 3D, the layer should be 2D.

Thanks, Greg! You are correct in that I made the layer 3D. However, when I make it 2D, I get the alert in AE that they layer should be in 3D.

Nevermind. I think I found my error (me!). Thanks, Greg!
