effects/presets
I trashed my preferences in after effects and now the only effects that show up are the ones I added like trapcode. How can I restore the ones that come with AE when it is installed. This is very frustrating. Thanks

I would recommend breaking out the disc of AE and reinstalling, or going to your registered account with Adobe.com. Worse case scenario is you have to re-download the AE install file. All the presets should be on your install disc.
