August 10, 2006 at 8:17 pmI actually just realized that there was a video there! Anyways, for the still shot and for the end of the video you could probably do something with the lens flare effect. I’m not sure of the other parts.

August 12, 2006 at 6:30 pmMy vote is for 3D stroke and lens flare, at least. 3D stroke allows for the duplication of a single stroke like you see. The rest is adjusted to taste.

let’s say where there are a some kind of rays on different layers,which continue to change…is 3d stroke and lens flare enough for that?
