Effects panel on CS6
Been using this version for quite a few years off and on but had suddenly developed an issue. Am unable to use anything in the Effects panel – when I try and drag something onto the time line from the Effects panel I get a white hand with a white circle outlined in black and a black line through it. Googled this and tried lots of things but no luck!
