    Effects not working

    All of a sudden none of the sony plugins for effects are working. It appears that they are added to the event when you click on the effects icon on the event, but they do not take effect or play. Everything was working fine and it just stopped. I have tried saving, shutting down the computer, nothing seems to work. Opened a new project and tried it on a piece of generated media and it did not work. Any ideas what went wrong… Did I hit some key to hide the effects? Please help I have a project that I need to finish today. Thanks Sony Vegas Pro 9 is the software.

    Make sure you didn’t accidentally hit the Split Screen View icon just above the Preview window.
