    Hey there,

New to Vegas and having an effects issue. When I add effects to a clip, it not only affects the clip in question, but every clip in the track/timeline. Am I adding it downstream, is this preference issue,
is this a “chaining” anomaly, do I have to seperate tracks, what? Can’t seem to see what I’m doing
    wrong…

    Thanks

I am having the same problem where I have a video track to only use for Picture-in-Picture and each time I place a new Picture-in-Picture in the video track in a different spot all the others move to the same area which I definitely don’t want

I tried Track Properties ungroup but it made no difference
I asked in this forum but haven’t got a solution to my problem

Where are all the experts !!!
in Premiere it is very easy to move PiP’s to different spots and I am sure once I can find the answer it will be as easy in Vegas

I am certain we have both clicked on the same thing that then applies to the whole track even though our problems are different the answer for both should be the same

If I find out I will let you know and if you find out can you mention here what the solution is ?

…… excuse me ……. back to reading the manual !!!

    Regards from Dave

You MUST create new keyframes instead of adjusting the first keyframe. On the timeline at the bottom of the Track Motion window, add new keyframes on that timeline.
