how can i apply the same filters and motions to more than 1 clip without copying and pasting them to all the clips?

Copy your clip, then hilight the other clips. Option-V will bring up the paste attributes. Click on filters. Done!

You can also copy the original clip(s), and paste attributes into the clips you want to have the same settings. This can be done by right clicking those clips. Make sense?
