  Effect transition

  I’m applying the Line Art effect to a clip. I want to gradually transition from the fully applied effect to o% effect. In other words, I don’t want to just go from applied to no effect, but create a gradual transition. I don’t see a control to do this.
  Anyone know if this is possible?
