    I’m using keylight with a screen matte to produce a thin color outline around my actor. I then use a hue/saturation effect to take the color out of the actor. How do i keep the thin color outline around the actor??

    i think you will need two layers…

    here is a link to a quick tutorial that i think is similar to the effect you are doing… also there was a post about a similar effect just a few hours ago, that you might take look at.

    I have no problem creating the stroke. The problem is that i want the stroke to keep its color but remove the color from the actor.
