Effect – someone inside something
Hi
I want to place someones head into a test-tube for a music video and wondered what is the best way to go about doing that?
Basically a test-tube with liquid in and at the bottom I want to super impose the singer’s head. Want them to be behind the glass

Maybe shoot the test tube in front of green screen then key that OVER the video of the face. Reflections an issue? Optimally, the would be a 3D rendering/compositing job outside of Premiere. The test tube would be created as a 3D model.
Sounds like you are out of your depth, perhaps hire a freelancer for the effect.
