October 22, 2013 at 11:29 amThis looks like a design matter and not a plugin/effect. You can animate that using shape layers that replicate the design.

October 24, 2013 at 9:25 pmI’m not really sure, but the way you phrased this title makes me think you may not know about adjustment layers. If not, look into those, very useful. But ya, do it with shape layers.
