Effect name?
Hello. Im trying to figure out what effect that is used in the images below. I see it used a lot, and im almost positive its a Photoshop thing. If so, does anyone know what its called? The effect on the person is what im trying to find. Its almost like posterize but does everything and not the edges. Any help would be appreciated.
