    Effect failed to render

    Hi all, I’m running M100 Suite 1.5.1 on OS 10.6.2 and just started getting an effects rendering error. A simple push of 1 sec creates an “Effect Failed to Render because source material can’t be found.” Video plays fine and otherwise the system is working normally.

    Any suggestions or thoughts on why this is happening. I’ve had so few problems with M100 that I can’t even remember which pref files to toss to help rectify this and couldn’t find a similar problem in a search.

    problem solved. Render media destination somehow was flagged to a “Recovery Drive”. Not sure how that happens but all is fine now.
