Effect
I am having some trouble using the key frames and lens flare effect. When ever I use it i create a new keyframe to rotate the flare but it always comes out very choppy and I even right clicked all of them and put smooth. Help would be GREATLY appreciated.

What about the “Smoothness” setting? Did you try changing it?

Yes. But is it supposed to be smooth? Like when you do effects doe sit look choppy?
