Hey everybody,
Let me try to tell you what is going on in my shot in order to help everyone understand. It’s a simple shot of a man in a wheelchair facing the camera. I want him to move his head back and forth (left, right, up and down) but put this in fast forward while messing with the transparencies so it looks like part of his head stays where is was and fades out while he moves it to a different position and so on… (sorry if it is confusing) Would I use Echo for this effect? or something different?
Any help would be appreciated.

I would try echo and CC force motion blur and other time plugins. I would also try different combos on different layers with different opacities.
