EDL’s with dissolves question…
Hey All,
I am working on a Mac Resolve and I have an EDL with a bunch of dissolves in it. I am trying to figure out the best way to get the Resolve to recognize the dissolves when I import my EDL. While I am at it, what is the best way you have all found to import EDL’s?
I have tried a couple of different ways and at times I find that the Resolve cannot find the media files and I cannot reconnect the media??Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Upload the EDL and at least one of the files , so we can have a look, please

Resolve reads standard CMX3600 EDL’s including dissolves and this section of the code has been stable for some years. Are you having an issue adding the clips to the media pool based on the EDL, conflicts with clips because they have the same timecode, or the conform itself because the dissolves are not appearing as you expect?
