    Hi,

I have a project where the B roll was shot in HDV at 29.97, and the program shot on the 5D at 23.976. I am having several problems. It was edited in CS5.5 and EDL’s were generated. The EDL of the whole show, with “handle mixed frame rates” checked, comes in but the 5D footage is off (the clips are correct but the timecode is wrong) and the HDV footage comes in looking jagged and interlaced.

I tried doing separate EDL’s. The EDL of the 5D only is still off, and I’ve tried several configurations of the timecode options in the conform settings but cannot get it to line up. The EDL of the HDV footage is still jagged and interlaced, even when I have set “enable field processing” and set the playback to interlaced.

I’m working on Resolve 9.0-1, and am doing the conform on a retina macbook running Lion (the office in manhattan is without power at the moment)

I could bake it and then split it, but I would like to figure this out as it will just come up again.
