    EDL conversion

    We are on-lining a 24p HDcam project with AxioHD that is being off-lined in SD 29.97.
    Does anyone know of a conversion program that can convert the 29.97 EDL to 24 fps like Cinema Tools in Final Cut

    Ken,

    If you still need this done, you could email or post the EDL and I
    will convert it for you. Not tried it to PPro before, but we do
    that all the time here with a utility we have from Quantel and it
    works well.

    Thanks for the reply Troy.
    This project will be coming into my suite in about a month. I am just trying to stay ahead of the problems. I have done projects with EDLs from Cinema Tools before but this project is being edited on another NLE which can only output a CMX EDL.
    I would like to take advantage of your offer later if that is OK.
    Somebody needs to write a Cinema Tools type of software for us other guys.
